Hunter Biden

Agree or disagree with president Joe pardoning his son Hunter? If I was in Joes place and one of my children was in the same predicament I would have done the same thing.
In a way though when I thought about it previously with Hunter possibly facing time in prison I thought if Joe didn’t pardon him the way he said he wouldn’t, it would be a nice gesture on Mr Trump’s part if he went ahead and did it. Oh well, over and done with now.

How did the person who invented the first clock know what time it was?

If it was a pardon for the gun charges, that stem from 2018,  I'd tend to agree.

It's a blanket pardon going back to 2014.  What was happening in 2014 that would necessitate a blanket pardon like this?

It was always gonna happen....backdating to 2014 is CYOA for Joe and you wait and see....he will blanket pardon his other family members the last day or two in office.

They all sure as sh*t profited off selling access.

I better not hear one peep from the board libs when Trump does a massive J6 pardon

Hunter and his partners business dealings with overseas figures have been going on for quite a while.
It may be that this pardon gives a lot of people the chance to breathe deeply again.
If I was Joe I woulda done it too- wont make one bit of difference in his legacy.

I'll just say I'm not surprised.
I'm waiting to hear those oh so famous words in politics, "And we just want to make sure it never happens again."

been better if he didn't lie thru his teeth when he said he wouldn't pardon him.
but, I've come to expect that from nearly all  politicians

it does open the door for "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" when Trump starts pardoning folks that dems will  be arm flailing  and wet chicken squawking  about
...............................................................................................

would I pardon if it was my son?
the gun charge I would
I believe that's a "creator endowed unalienable right" to self defense by "any means"
currently a firearm is the  most practical
and the only way you lose that right is when you're violent criminal.
No real evidence that Hunter fits that mold

the tax evasion?
I don't know.
Better I think to provide top legal defense to cop a plea to stay out prison.
Rather than set an example that one can cheat millions with impunity when you're a "ruler's kid"

I don’t know if that was in jest or serious, but come to think of it, that is a distinct possibility 🤔
Reminds me of a old saying:
Happy wife, happy life.

I was being serious. And I'm sure he would never admit to "The Wife made me do it"
