Urban voting always seems to have hours long lines. Then report that “the black vote is always low”…. Not sure if lack of volunteers or what it is. Those are always the areas that have the longest lines. If mine takes more than 10 minutes, I’m probably leaving. Especially with the options we have. Trump is among the biggest trash balls in America, but I’m just fine if he wins. I’m most rooting for whoever gets in, they don’t get a full Congress. That seems to be when both sides try to push through most far reaching agenda, knowing it won’t be possible with compromise. We need to fix a few key items with compromise. Hopefully that border bill is back on the table and not playing politics for the midterms…

All key issues should be on the ballot to vote on by the people. These scumbag politicians lie about everything. Tell you they are for something to get voted in and then do the opposite.

Call it off then. Count signs in rural PA for the winner. Only real way to determine this thing.

I arrived home about a half hour ago from a walk in a park about 5 minutes where I live. There is an arena on site that serves as a place to vote. Parking lot packed and more people still showing up. Not many vehicles leaving. Unless things move quickly along I can’t see how all those people will be able to cast their ballot by the 8 pm deadline.

How did the person who invented the first clock know what time it was?

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Never a long line at the polling station where I have voted for the last 15 years. It’s in the city. Might be a longer wait if I go early in the day but I’ve never had to wait.

I think as long as you are in line by closing time, you can still vote, however long that takes.

All about timing hitting the polls. All my coworkers that tried to go before work when polls opened (all surrounding counties in SW PA), had over an hour wait. I left work early and got to my place at 245 pm and walked right in. Talked with my neighbor volunteering and I was number 648 of the day, of a possible 1,007 and he said it was way ahead of and busier than the previous presidential elections. Turnout should be pretty good.
