    Yes I see still folks fishing the lower lake. They have milk jugs evenly spaced and strung across the lake in a grid pattern. I imagine its for some type of carp fishing events?

    Yes its open talked to the guy that owns it or runs it don't know . nice guy seems like a great place to take the little ones .
