The only knot im really good at is the palomar and its nice to see i made the right choice.

I learned a few great knots from the the the moore knot beat the Palomar knot and I tried it, never use anything different

i use the palomar on 3.7# test and size 18 egg hooks for steel to size 7/0 big guns with 30# big game for big cats and never had any problem. it the only knot i will ever tie.
