Probably worth an email to follow up on to see what year the bow is, and when the string was last replaced, etc. Looks like they made the Trykon Sport from 2007 to 2010.
If you could talk the guy down some, would probably be a decent deal. (anything under $150 might be good).
But, I would make sure to meet the guy somewhere where the bow could be shot before purchase or, taken to a pro-shop to be checked out first. While at the pro-shop, after purchase, you could have them set the bow up properly for her.
Always some risk buying used and you can't get away from that.
