anyone finding emerald shiners to net. got a permit for 200 but **** if i can find any.

    We're talking Erie right?  Swear I read somewhere that the shiners had a bad year, or they were hard to catch or something.  Probably better off on the Erie board.

    Yeah, Erie, Pa. went out the other day for 2hrs looking at normal spots where they usually
