Beaver run resivoir

Hello I was riding past beaver run reservoir today I was wondering if anyone knows of any spots you are allowed to fish? The one bridge i have marked in the photo i saw posted signs on one side but not the other side. I have heard stories of people going there and catching a lot of fish. They need to open it up to the public its not like fisherman could do as much damage as all the gas wells they have around the lake and it smells like rotten eggs around the whole lake from gas leaking from the wells.

Utilize the search feature for this one like Zelie said....I live 2 mins from the lake..never fished it. IMO there are enough legal places to fish. However, I would like to see it opened to the public.

OK thanks Zelie and bluelagoon i found some posts about it. I heard some stories about people that own property around the lake get away with fishing there and catch lots of fish over state record walleyes, channel catfish, pike and musky. I was just wondering if there was any places they would let you fish like down where the beaver creek runs into the lake and just use the bike trail to walk in.

The area where the Westmoreland heritage trail goes over the lake is state owned property open to pubic? so would they come after you for fishing from the trail?

Nobody is allowed to fish the lake. Like, at all. It's dumb. I know. Deal with it.

They will look for you. Always. The one's who are allowed to fish there will be looking for you to. It is monitored by people day and night.

Wear camo and get into the woods at the first sound. My father took me there when I was 15. Almost 40 years ago. He was a teenager when he started going. Back then the guy who patrolled it told him he was the fastest white man he knew. The man I last knew that’s patrolled it was Mark Yakaovich. I believe now he has people that report to him. His house is at the end of the causeway with the boat launch.
