kooser lake

Anyone have any info on the drawdown that is supposed to begin around July 17 2017 ? I hear that it is going to be a total drawdown for dredging & access work,but don't know for how long.   sam

    That would be terrible i love fishing there and they are draining so many of the good lakes around here like Donegal and Somerset lake.

    They have drained Kooser a number of times. Its always temporary just to dredge it out and refill

    It needs a good dredge, I was out there earlier this season and the grass was bad already and we hadn't had many warm days yet
