Rod enquire

Hello Guys, 
My name is Santiago and im from argentina. Over here getting a rod is very hard as most of the good rods are very expensive to buy, thats why i want to get a rod in USA. 
In order to so, I need to figure out what rod would suit my needs, in the best way. 
Im looking for a beachcaster rod, that could cast wights around 150 to 200 grams, and push them away into the sea about 100 to 150 metres. Over here the sea is quite rough and its hard to get a calm day to fish. thats why wee need to use heavy weights and cast far in order to try to get something. 
I dont know about rods over there, which brands are goods and which models. I just know that m looking for a 4 to 4.5 metres long rod, that can cast those weights and has a sensitive tip to detect the bits of the fishes. Some of them arent heavier than 1kg or 2..
