PGC rewarded me.

After 52 years of buying every license there was, I got my senior lifetime combo. What a bargain.lol  To bad Pa. not like other states,in WV residents can buy a lifetime license for 300 dollars. Still have to buy bear,doe,migratory Bird stamp and duck stamp. I bought my license at the courthouse and the county treasurer was crying to me about no hunters anymore. I wonder why?
