Fishing below highland park dam and Dashield dam

I was wondering if there is acess to these locations and what baits are working this time of year thanks also I'll be fishing from shore

    Go to Lock 3 Bait & Tackle.  They should be able to help you out on legal Highland Park access.  I am not sure about Dashield, possibly Island Firearms on Neville Island can help.  Both shops are near some other great river spots.  It has been a while for me fishing these spots, so don't want to give you bad info.  Should be good fishing around dusk until it heats up too much more.  Spring and Fall have always been the best for me on the rivers.  Go get 'em, Big Rob!

    dashields has decent access on the east side, cray fish have been the hot bait for us. ive had more luck on the west side, but, access is tough and the railroad tracks you have to cross are posted.
