Mentored youth trout stocking for Labor Day

This seems like a horrible idea to me. Wont those trout die within hours in the 80 degree water in those lakes?

I heard, (as in; I heard) some guy complained about no walleye so, the waters at the Shenango River Lake outflow can't be trashed with the nasty things.   Now, the PSFBC needs to dispose of all their excess trout elsewhere.   Lake Erie would be an excellent place to put those things, as far as I'm concerned and send that stupid rip-off "Trout Stamp" with em.
