Just watching the radar Bill and everything I see looks to be passing right over the 'head waters' of Little Sandy.  Weather dude says less than a tenth of an inch of rain can be expected except higher amounts may occur in thunderstorms.  I live a bit southeast and so far, no signs of any thunderstorms and while some showers are heavy they are brief.  Hopefully there will be just a bit of 'stain' to the water and good fishing awaits your father-in-law.

You do know Little Sandy Creek begins just south east of Rt. 173/Georgetown Rd. intersection and dumps into Sandy Creek just east of Polk, PA. and, is not near Franklin?
