Carp in Warren,PA

I will be in Warren at the end of August and want to know of any places to catch carp.

    The Allegheny River is LOADED with them.
    Find a slow flow spot on the river and you'll find carp.

    4 out of 3 people don't understand fractions.

    drawde, go over to Kinzua dam & look over the hill at the size of some of those torpedos at the base of the dam,very impressive,but I never did fish there,but the rangers may point you in the right direction. However I used to fish right upstream from Tidiute & had constant Carp action with crawfish tails & even live crawfish if you could get the Small mouth Bass to stay away.When the Carp would start to spawn the numbers were crazy.  sam

    What kind of crawfish tails Sam? Wild caught or prepackaged tails bought from the seafood section?
