laurel hill lake

I fished there this afternoon,they stocked the lake this morn.,but I was told that they did not stock the stream because of low water. They put some nice rainbows in & we caught a brown as well. Strange thing that I noticed was that when my lure hit the bottom it would hook onto some strange stuff that I never seen before,it might have been what they call (rock snot). It actually looked like a small leech when I pulled it in. There were a few weeds ,but not bad at all. From what I heard from my buds at Mammoth it was very slow after they stocked there.  sam
