Plano style tackle boxes

Looking for a clear, flat, Plano style tackle box that wont allow hooks to slide around into other compartments when turned sideways or upside down. Anyone know of one? I have both Plano and Rapala and they both have this issue.

Stick the hooks in window calk saver closed cell foam tubing. Put the chunks of tubing in your box. Makes hooks easy to select. End of problem. Works great for jig heads with a snelled stinger also. Other small items like snaps, rings, beads, etc. smaller boxes help.

I've glued these into the bottom of compartments of some of my boxes.  Beads and other non metallic stuff I put into daily/weekly pill dispensers then into a box compartment. If the stuff is small enough look into dry fly boxes.

I put a piece of thin adhesive backed foam on the lid of a small plano box. It seals the lid to the dividers keeping everything separate.

Yeah doesn't exist.  Thought I had a good one with 16 chambers that seemed to be tight and the hooks wouldn't spill... it was a lie.  They still sneak under the stupid dividers.  I'd love to have a 16 or 20 bin FIXED plastic box, if the lid closed tight.  I'd buy a bunch of them.

I switched to a tackle bag years back cause I got tired of toting all my gear when went and targeted one species. I like being able to just put my trout boxes in or whatever. I have noticed that in my removable boxes, my lures and hooks seemed to get thrashed around and hooks would be in other compartments. I appreciate the tip about gluing foam in some of the compartments. Thanks for the idea.
