I would not be opposed to a non-hunter user fee except for the fact the PGC is already pushing non-hunter use of the game lands and using money taken from hunters to create or improve venues for them. It sounds good but I question the ultimate goal and have to be opposed. The PGC is far from broke especially with the funds generated by drilling and have already given the non-hunting public more control over game issues than ever before in their history.

If the non-hunters pay the fees they should have a say in what goes on on game lands -- after they pay them for the same length of time that hunters have been paying for them.

Strongly opposed.   Dumb idea.   Very very bad idea.   Nothing but a hunter hose job in the end.   No doubt in my mind.

Manage the resources responsibly and get rid of some of the corruption at the agency and they wouldn't have to beg and be so "creative" in seeking funding.
