Templeton Launch Allegheny River

I've never been there and was planning on taking the boat down on Thursday if the rain doesn't blow the river out. Saw the Nautical Marina and camp ground has a launch but that's all I've found. Any tips would be greatly appreciated and PMs will be checked. Thanks guys
