4/10/14 1800

Well as I thought the traffic was lite today due to the flows.   I fished in the spot Charlie got one last year in higher water than this, down from Jacks spot.   It was quite fishable.     Bad news black flies came out.  Good news warm breeze.   Bad news freezing water.  Good news one fish on and landed.   Sure am glad I switched out to the 10 lb tippet.   Not the biggest or baddest, but ok for 1800 and 1.5 hours

    Nice clint, whats that white stuff under the fish...thought is was spring. Got a bunch of snowmobile signs to pick up today then its time to dust the rods off and get ready for some spring chrome. Cant wait have not fished in months, winter was not good to me.

    It must be spring as the bears a/k/a 3fan are coming out of hibernation  Should be a good time to float the river in the next few weeks,post some pictures for those folks like myself that can't make it.
