    White   Mr.Twister  curly tails are hard to beat.  Tipped with a minnow under a slip bobber or trolled later in the year have been good for me.

    I also like a trout magnet jig head, tipped with a 1" gulp minnow, add a maggot or half mealworm to the hook and it's fish on!

    I'm partial to a gold jig head tipped with a gulp minnow. Tonight I sneaked out after worked to wet a line after ice out, and managed a handful of nice slabs and a mess of gills.
