twin lakes

Fished the lower lake this afternoon,it was about 9/10 open water. Trout were hitting,but sluggish on the way in. A bit chilly & had trouble with ice in the guides. I am getting too old for this. At least there were no mosquitoes out.  sam

    you should save your trip tomorrow sam both lakes will be covered with ice by the morning.what a crazy last couple months with temp change. i hope we get some sustainable ice.
