Eat (turkey), Drink (beer), and be Merry (or Barb, or Angie, or Nancy). Happy Thanksgiving dudes.

My 70 y/o Mom made the best Turkey to date. One of her friends told her to make an herb/butter blend and rub it under the skin. She did and cooked it in a bag as usual. The best darn bird ive eaten....Happy Holiday to all of you....

Thank you. I just inherited that rotisserie from my dad, who moved to Florida. The injected rotisseried turkey is the family favorite after trying many different kinds. Baked, smoked, fried.

I was thankful that my sister-in-law took over after my wife and I hosting Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years for the last 22 years.

Now that it is over, I am thankful that I am a better cook than her and learned my lesson -- better to host and eat well than not host and eat skinless, boneless, tasteless turkey breast that spent 7 hours in a crock pot drying to the consistancy of cardboard mixed with paste.

Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.
