Rod Repair

Slipped on some shale with leaves snapped a Fenwick Voyager fiberglass rod about 4 inches down from the tip just wondering what are my options on fixing the rod? 4 piece rod i'm guessing not going to find a replacement part....

Thanks in advance,

4" from the tip is a tough repair.  the rod will never be the same.  I'd clean up the break and slap a new tip on it.

First thanks Skip for all your help in this, but i'm going to take Trout About's suggestion. Now that the diameter of the rod has changed is there anywhere in Erie that you know i can get a new tip.

Thanks Adam, i took a ride to the Lake Erie Ultimate Angler last night and they had one that fit, the rod doesn't feel to bad i'm going to have to wait for awhile before i try it the creeks are really slushy, now's the time for spinning gear and jigs your expertise. Did you ever build that perch rod for Lake Erie?
