English is almost a second language....

What is up with all the foreigners who can barely speak English and have absolutely ZERO stream etiquette?
I feel like I need to learn how to shout "Fish on" in 7 different languages...or maybe I should just start screaming wildly at the top of my lungs when I hook a fish, because I'm sick of catching fish and spending 10 minutes untangling the 3 lines and bobbers I have wrapped a thousand time at the tip of my rod.  Granted, I know I am probably asking for it fishing so the more popular holes this early in the season, but Come'on Man!!!!

And sometimes, these Schmucks don't even cut their lines when they tangle with someone fighting a fish...its ridiculous

Agreed, I mean it's one thing to be new to fishing the tribs, or being a bit too excited you lose touch with reality. But your situation is common sense..

How about the situation I encountered on with a few foreigners on Saturday? If someone hooks a fish, and has to leave their spot to fight and retrieve the fish, it is common etiquette to allow them to return to their spot when they come back. I get that, and respect it. But, when you net the fish, take it up on the bank, and the four of your buddies you came with leave their spot to go up on the bank and spend 10 minutes awing it, and another 15 minutes standing around on the bank BSing, it is safe to assume that you are done fishing in that spot, so you should not be disappointed when someone else sees a few fish rolling in the spot you were in, and moves over to take some casts.

I've seen similar situations almost every time up this year.  I was up there on Saturday as well, fished Manchester, definitely will be my last time fishing that hole until after the new year, it was an absolute circus.

Have seen it with my own eyes...

I think they were chasing the potatoes down stream mumbling something about making vodka from them.....
