Duct tape. You run it under the foot like a stirrup on a horse saddle. Make sure that you hook it into the leg hair really well.

Seriously. Two pair of socks. the first is nylon or wicking material with enough elastic to cling. Not too high, crew fit is good enough. The second pair is wool. You can either stuff you pants into this pair, or wear wading pants that hold them in place. If you wear two pair of socks like I said, the heavier wool might fall down some, but you will not feel it because of the nylon socks.

    Liner socks like beagler said.

Unlike beagler said, I prefer some quality wool socks that come up to mid calf or higher.

Getchya a pair of these: http://www.fishusa.com/Pr...-Neoprene-Pant-Garters so that you don't have to stuff your pants in your socks and wear out the elastic.

Fish12- you will learn that some regular posters on here are worse then the trolls that come and go.
back to your question, I also use the liner socks and pull them up over my jeans, about mid calf and finish with duck tape to hold them up. That should do the trick, like others have said.

Blue jeans inside of waders is the most uncomfortable situation in the history of fishing.  Never have & never will understand why people think that's a good idea.

Wide blousing rubbers, ... we used in the army all the time.  They are always cheap at Goldberg's in Philly.  3$/pr, the last time I was there.  I usually buy multiple sets.  They are kinda pricey at Ralph's in P'burgh.

Why does it not surprise me that they sell rubbers by the pair in filthadelphia, the city of brotherly love?
