Have you guys heard about these yet? I actually tried one over the summer on the lake before snapping it off  and was surprised by how well they worked. Just wondering if anybody else has tried them and has some success stories...

I have heard others say that. That's kinda why I wanted to give them a shot. I mean, who knows... there is obviously some science behind it. Like I said, I was surprised. The one I tried definitely outfished a similar conventional crankbait. Personally, I plan on picking up a few more.

That makes sense B.HINES. On numerous SCUBA trips, we would gently hit rocks together, on wood, metal or anything that was in the water. LMB were particularly interested and it would draw them in to investigate. The places we dove had large mouth bass, perch, bluegill, catfish and carp. Electronic lures have been around at least 15 years, but one doesn't hear about them often. I can understand how FishinGuy would view them as "the next gimmick" as there are many lures produced that are designed to catch fishermen. I tried your YT link and it's functioning, but there have been many times in the past when YT wasn't working for one reason or another. Thanks BH.

    Fish5000,

You're right, bottom line is... fish are attracted to sound, and obviously the sound that these lures produce are a particular sound that the Bass are attracted to. I think that if your a guy willing to try something at least once, these are worth it. I'm pretty happy I tried them because as a tournament fishermen, I am always looking for an edge. One more note on these lures, half of the products actually light up to simulate a wounded baitfish even more. I'm loving it!
