up in the area, whats I saws

Had to do some work in the area today so stopped and looked around. The bridge below Douglaston was void of any movement, went up to the ball park to watch the madness cant believe no dec around could have wrote tickets till my arm broke off. Saw many on ropes and watched 2 landed in the 10 minutes I could stand to watch, guess that's why I almost never fish below the 2a bridge. Dropped a buck fitty at all seasons on doggers/flashers/spoons to fish the big water with starting next week. Hit the hatchery to see whats going on and saw one dead king in front of the ladder and 3 very nice browns in it, also sportsmans and trestle lots were empty. Cant wait to hit the big water hope some friends will join me

Hey Fan- shoulda been there yesterday lol
Last two evenings the bridge at the estuary was LOADED- as loaded as I have ever seen it. Boats out and guys all over the bridge 'fishing' too. Cant wait for the DSR report tomorrow --if they ran UP.
Just read the DSR report  it IS up.

Retired, I looked for a while never saw a porpoise or anything. There was a bass boat with 3 people casting eggsacks and 3 more further upriver not doing much from what I could see. I think what you saw down there I saw at the ball park. I really want them to stay out in the lake for at least two more weeks
