custom rod builder

Hello,
 
I've been looking for a custom rod builder who only has a facebook page. I do think the builder is in Northwest PA. The builder's business name is two letters and one of them is an H. Example R and H Rod builders. I do know that they specialize in finess spinning rods. Any info will help.

That might be me.  I specialize in finesse spinning rods.

sh is the one thanks. I couldn't think of the letter before the H. And couldn't remember how I found it or through google.
