Connie Walleye

Has anyone been fishing Connie? I am going out there on Saturday, so any information is appreciated. Thank you. Hopefully I get that 10lber this time. My biggest walleye ever was 9lb 10 oz. I want to beat that. Wish me luck! Hopefully I have pics for you on Monday.

Yeah gonna jump in here to say Lake O' has much bigger wallies' if your looking to get the big one for the wall. Same with steelies ,Not as many but bigger............
I went with a guide  in the spring and was impressed...
  1st year out I got a 10.5 lber and a 12.5 lber  same nite...put both on the wall.
   been out many times since almost always get 10-11 lb fish landed another over 12 last time
   out.Also last time I went out was rough weather but we slammed em landed 18 nice wallies
    in 5hrs.The guide I use is a good one knows the turf fur sur',this is not an advertisement
      just sayin'.On top of that you get Brownies too the biggest I got was 12lbs but there are
     much bigger ones caught.
 
I do not fish Lake Erie and I am jealous of all you guys with frezers full of perch and wallies but
just wanted to point out that you could drive a few more hours and get that biggin'....

Work, sounds like good, solid advice but my buddy is taking me to Connie. Maybe I'll try Ontario some other time. I'm not putting anything on the wall. Can't afford it. I just want the meat and the memories.
