    Not sure, but I know the Asian carp are.

    I think that may be a good thing,big fish,fight & jump like crazy,no limit,now if only someone in the Erie area will smoke them.Also they may stop the posting problem & would be available all year instead of just 9 months. Does anyone know if they hit top-waters?  If they do, I may cancel my plans to go to Louisiana for Reds.  sam
