PB, this is the time, I'm sure there are guys doing it. I won't do it anymore, too many guys trolling in pitch black with no lights on... jut not worth it to mee. I'll wait a few weeks and fish daylight hours...
Curiosity killed the cat, but for awhile I was a suspect.

http://eastendangler.net/Fishing-Report.html Says 'Some' Walleye are being caught at night. I know of a few boats that picked up a random eye or two while trolling for lakers recently, so they are definitely biting. If I end up in Erie all weekend I will likely give the night bite a shot.

I have been out a couple of times from shore with no luck. I have seen some guys trolling close to shore and have noticed a couple of stops if that means anything. The Lake has been pitched pretty good the last couple of days. With the cold front that will slow things down a bit--if it can be any slower.

Willy doesn't have any Erie reports. He's too busy fishing "big" water. Wherever that is.....

Not sure where this thread got turned into lakers and how whoever is too good to catch them but I'll sure report back when I get up to do some night time trolling. Can't wait. May make it up next tues or weds.
