Headed up this weekend, any advice?

Hey guys, after a 2 year hiatus, I'm headed to the tributaries this weekend. I'm fly fishing, any suggestions on creeks and flies? I was planning on fishing the mile creeks and Walnut but the fishing reports are all for Elk creek. Are there not many fish in the other creeks or do most of you prefer Elk creek? The only place I've fished Elk is where you park on the dead end road passed the creepy looking building and I didn't have any luck there.
Thanks in advance!

Elk has some fish including some freshones but you might have to move around abit before you find them.As for the rest of the tribs I can not tell you for sure but they probaly have fish to somewhere just got find em'.
Go fish where you enjoy it the most and expect some company spring has arrived in NWPA finally.
I wouldn't worry about the water temps just yet the fish will be spunky.
Good Luck-enjoy the time spent outdoors!

Are there not many fish in the other creeks

compared to the Fall runs in Pa ??
    No
are there "some" ? ....sure there are .
Enough to make it "worth it" to you ?..no clue , cause that's subjective to each individual  angler

Creek conditions will likely be low and clear though , so i reckon you'll be able to  see if you're on fish or not

Bings I think i walked by you yesterday on elk when you had a fish on just up from a downed tree. I thought it was you, but wasnt sure, shoulda said something. I only got one myself. Plus some suckers. There are fish in elk. Not tons though. They were hiding pretty well along ledges and trees and under cut banks. I would say it's only worth it if you don't have a very long drive. I got one on a sucker spawn.

As genie said-everyone's idea of "worth it" is different.
Bings and Jimmee2smoltz are both right to an extent-there are some fish, but definitely the annoyance of smolts and suckers too.  If u plan on goin, PLEASE PINCH YOUR HOOK BARBS to release the smolts more carefully.  Or at the every least use bigger flies/baits so u aren't hookin smolt nonstop.  Dont be a lazy slob and rip the heads off the future of our fishery.
Ill be up next week for sure because i work there for a day.  But i will primarily be fishin the bay rather than the creeks.

Wish you would have said hello....
I didn't catch a single smolt in that section, did you get any ??
Water color was perfect you could not see those fresh Chromers they blended right in.

Well, I'm here and I don't mind working for my fish. Went to 12 mile last nigh just to look and there was nothing. Ran over to walnut to look before the daylight ran out. Saw a few fisherman under the bridge and a few fish up from the log ****. I'd rather be here and catch nothing than at home fighting the idiots who insist on catching and keeping every stocked trout in the water.

Bings I did not run into any smolts til I got down to the tubes. Hooked 3 there, let them spit the hook on there own. Tubes were loaded with suckers too.

Back for lunch, I had two on and one broke my leader. Another guy in our group caught several I'm the 12 to 15 inch range and 1 nice male. Quite a few smolts were caught by the guys using spinning setups.
My trip was worth it by 9am!
