Here are a few I have tied up, what color combos do you guys think would work around here? For bass, eyes, pike, or whatever else
Thanks for any input

I've had some good luck with plain old white, tipped with a minnow.
Also white and tan seemed good too.

Chartreuse and white are usually good colors.

    Looks cool, Josh
if i only had one choice for the rest of my life , it would be a jig.
Cause there's no one single bait that can effectively  catch so many different species of fish

I've had some good luck with plain old white

same here ..both jigs and spinner bait skirts ..
If not white, I'll take black as second

Thanks for all the input. Can't wait to use and hopefully catch fish with them.

I molded the jigs, painted , and tied them

I'm a fan of bucktails too.  Just like fly tying or plug carving, I get an extra kick out of catching fish on something that I have made.  My photo isn't the best, but I use a variety of tying materials.  Most of these have saddle hackle and flash with the bucktail.  Some others have peacock hurls, and craft fur instead or with the bucktail.  At certain parts of the year, these are my go to lures.

BTW - I bought the unfinished jigheads, I'm not a fan of melting lead.  Maybe when I get a workshop outside of my house.

The chartreus and orange (perch) would work good for pike and bass.
