Gander mountain update

Looks like the first thread was pulled and I apologize if it was not appropriate.
I spoke with the gentleman from corperate Gander mt. this morning and it seems like he has put time and effort into solving problems that were present. I will consider the matter closed upon reviewing my adjusted bill.
In addition to these solutions they did offer me extra on top. I did not wish to profit from the situation and just asked that the problems I experienced be corrected so no one else would have a similar experience.

    The situation is resolved beyond my expectations. The fellow at corperate and I discussed the transaction in detail and identified the problems and he has made system wide changes to prevent these problems in the future. I can't thank him enough and I feel I owe him one. Thank you Gander mountain.
