Well, I have a camp at Big Bear. Not sure if you do or are familiar with the place but they have several small lakes there. One is decent size for a campground and it is pretty deep. I was just wondering if anyone has had any luck fishing it. I have been there for 11 years but haven't fished it all that much. Any time I did, I never caught anything but catfish about 4 inches long. I have never seen a body of water that I couldn't at least catch a mess of panfish. Jus wondering if I am wasting my time with the place.

Well you did better than I did. I would have thought there would at least be some bluegills or greenies in there. We did catch one catfish that I didn't mention that was about 12" long. A buddy of mine there who fishes walleye tournaments said that he heard that the ph level in there was too high. Don't know how true that is.
