Cross Creek Spill Question

Has anyone heard or seen any more reports on Range's spill at the lake within the last month. Range assured the paper that no harm was done to the lake and the DEP said they would look into it, but for some reason I just can't trust either to tell the truth and seeing that Range has 24/7 access to the park  I'm sure things could be removed without anyone knowing again.
