Crappie

Where do you fish for crappie at in erie, and what time of the year? ive heard as soon as the ice melts you hammer them. im just curious where to find them at.

    They can be found all over the bay, but the key is finding them. You could spend 2 full days searching before you do find them ( I know Ive done it) . And 2 days later you end up searching again because they have moved.

    It wont take much searching to find 50 boats around a honey hole..  I'lle leave it at that.

    They gotta be somewhere charge up the battery and get out on the water you'll find them

    You can catch crappie in Erie in the bay,lagoons and the lake. They can be caught all year IF you know where to find them(I fish from shore by the way). Put your time in and you will find them just like I do, every year. I catch my biggest ones in the fall and smallest ones in the summer. Good Luck.
