Chrome is good if you do it right. Bleed them and ice them immediately. Then season them with lemon/pepper, seasalt and garlic, and butter. Wrap in foil and bake on the grill. Leave the skin on them. It's excellent. If you bread it and fry it, chrome tastes awful. Baked in the oven or on the grill, it tastes pretty good.
