Any one coming out to fish the Cross Creek Ice Off on the 23rd?

Took a ride over to the lake and for the most part its opened up.  There was some left over ice back in the shaded coves and down towards the dam end starting at the point before you turn to head that way.  Should all be gone with tomorrow's warm up!  Deff ready for consistent weather to help warm the water!  Seen a few nice fish swimming around shallow.  8 boats out there but all I talked to said no luck.  I think the 23rd will still be a tuff day, but a big bag is still very capable.  Any thoughts?

I was planning on going with 2 boats but they all bailed. Im thinking thats a smart move. Maybe go to erie and hunt for steelhead instead. Hope  you guys do well.

Check before you travel word is they may postpone to later date. Don't know for sure but thats what I was told.

Well??? Idrove over to the lake yesterday and was surprized at the number of boats and I'm glad the weather was a little better for you guys. Are there any results on how it went. Another good note it looked like they removed those pumps across from the docks, Guess I'll have to start getting the boat out and put together for next week.

8 fish caught, 5 pounds won it with 2 fish.  2nd place had 2 fish and the rest of the top 5 rounded it out with 1 fish a piece.  Was a brutal nasty day with water temps only a tad over 40.  If you go to www.washingtonpabassmasters.com they should have pics and the results.
