Kooser

Does anyone know if any of the new regulations affect Kooser or Donegal? I used to fish different streams years ago on the first day but, since my niece likes to go, it is a little easier to fish the lakes. That way when she gets bored, she goes back to the truck and plays with her I-Phone. Plus some of these streams get so crowded that I'd rather just fish the lakes.

    Donegal is open because it is extended trout lake, Kooser is not.  sam

    I just learned of this today. Those lake are open year round and opening day on those lakes means you can keep the trout?

    After 8am first day you can keep 5 trout. BTW All cnty park lakes will close at 9pm the Fri. nite before 1rst day & you will not be allowed in til 6am Sat. morn. they didn't decide yet as of this afternoon wether you will be allowed to fish before 8am. My bet is not. This is prob. going to change again next year.  sam

    Fishingguy thanks for the link. Sometimes I have trouble finding what I'm looking for of the PFBC website. Glad to know Donegal is open now.
