Twin Lakes....

All the usual fishing spots were open water today on the Lower and thawing rapidly right across the lake....very little open on Upper. Had a few hits at "The Point" in very shallow water...caught the smallest stockie I have ever seen, a rainbow of 5  and a 1/2 inches!....
 
Guess it will be iced up again after the weekend with overnight teen temps forecast yet again!! This time last year open water fishing was in full swing with temps in the '50s and 60s..... and 70s and 80s just over a week later...no warmth in sight this time...hating it with a passion....
