    I'm considering making a wrong turn when I leave my doctors office next week and take a ride to see whats up. I'd take my camera but have no clue on how to put pics on here, but try to let you know.

    Posting a photo is pretty easy.

    1) Put your picture in a folder on your computer that is easy to remember.
    2) Go to the photo and open (double click), most will open in some sort of program that allows you to edit a little. 3) Find the "compress file" option.  Compress to 200 kB or less (likely Web page or email option).  Make sure it is saved as a gif, txt or jpg format.
    4) Hit reply on this or another thread.  In the legend above, you will see a paper clip.  Select that, and a box with the below will be in it, as well as Browse and Upload.  Hit Browse, and find the photo, select, then hit upload.
    • You can attach up to 1 files here;
    • gif/txt/jpg are supported;
    • Max. 200 kB;
     It is very easy, just remember to size it correctly.  Most modern digital cameras are going to take pictures that are much higher memory per picture, so can't just attach to this site without compressing.

    Hope this helps, and good luck at the Dr. appointment.

    My app is not to Tuesday afternoon but I'm debating about that ride before that. I just have to catch my babysitter not paying attention. Funny you start to have health problems and kids act like your in a second childhood,don't do that don't go there put that down before you get hurt. I think its some type of pay back.

    I took a ride down there last Saturday because I saw that they were supposed to stock tomorrow.  When I was there the lake looked more like a field as there wasn't any water in it.  Also there were trees that were taller than what the water level would be had they filled it in.

    Well I guess I won't make that trip Tuesday. However Mook don't panic I've already made the call ! Troy will come up here and show us how to fish a swamp. I know I wouldn't even consider taking my boat down there, I'm not sure I'll even waste my money on the stamp.

    I never thought that I would see that day that it reopened! It will take years to return to it's former glory I'm afraid.

    Does anyone know if the gate around back has been opened that allows you to drive on the other side? I assume that the old bridge will never reopen, or will it?

    Sportsmen in the area should demand that someone be drawn and quartered for leaving those trees in there... gonna be nearly impossible to fish for trout.  Maybe they'll do something smart like put some bass and crappie fingerlings in there and after a few years it'll be a prime warmwater fishery.

    Remember back in the old days all the arguementand sometimes fight over crossed lines or snags trying to reel in while shoulder to shoulder, wonder what it will be like this year.I have alot of great memories down there but i'm not sure this will be one of those years.
