upper twin

Just came back from the lakes,both were frozen over, I did not see any open water at the upper lake,but there were 2 guys on the ice on the pines side. I was across the lake having a chew & watching the traffic. I was sitting on the handicapped dock & the ice on the lake seemed to be about 2" or less. I couldn't break it with my walking stick. The state is supposed to stock both lakes Wed., I believe.I want to see how they are going to stock the lower lake with the water as far from shore as it is.  sam
