Have you ever had.........
I picked up the twenty pounds of venison I had processed at a local German Smokehouse earlier today. I had them make ten lbs each of the Landjaegers and Hot Dogs. I had a couple of dogs for din-din they were outstanding. The Landjaegers are somewhat like a summer sausage and a slim jim just not as salty or spicy as the later. Hope they last to Spring time fishing and turkey season.
If you haven't tried either I highly recommend both.
