    A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH TONIGHT ALLOWING AN ARCTIC
    AIRMASS TO SETTLE OVER THE REGION FOR THE END OF THE WEEK. LAKE
    EFFECT SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVERNIGHT AND INTENSIFY ON THURSDAY. THE
    FLOW OVER LAKE ERIE WILL BE WESTERLY THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING
    BEFORE SHIFTING TO NORTHWESTERLY. THE WESTERLY TRAJECTORY IS
    FAVORABLE FOR A DOMINANT WEST TO EAST BAND THAT MAY AFFECT THE
    SHORELINE AT TIMES. IF A WEST TO EAST BAND SETS UP ALONG THE
    SHORELINE THEN SOME LOCATIONS MAY RECEIVE ONE TO TWO FEET OF
    SNOW. FURTHER INLAND ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 12 INCHES ARE
    POSSIBLE...WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OVER A FOOT.
