Approximate cost for seasonal dock space

Kicking around the idea of picking up a used 24 to 26 ft cruiser style boat to keep docked at Erie, PA. I was wondering if anyone could please let me know the approximate cost per foot for a seasonal slip.

I used to lauch at Lampe, so I'm familiar with that marina and I also used to get occaisional transient slips at Wolverine. Otherwise, I'm not familiar with any marinas in Erie, PA. Would like a slip with shore power and a marina with nice showers, fuel dock and pump out station.

I'm a long time boater and have spent many days on Erie, but except for the occaisional overnighter at a transient slip, I have alway kept my boat on it's trailer at a local boat storage facility (Port Authority East Boat Yard, Poor Richards, Evergreen campground near Conneaut, OH, and Indian Creek camping resort in Geneva-on-lake, OH). My last boat was a 2003 Grady White 226 with Yamaha F225. Boat before that was a '94 Proline 22 ft cuddy.

I realize I'll also have to take into consideration having the hull barrier coated and bottom painted.

You're looking at $900-1200, plus most marinas require you to carry 250-500K in liability insurance.

I am not aware of any marinas in Erie with "nice" showers and slips for 24+ foot boats that are in the $900-1200 range.  Maybe Safe Harbor in North East?  I believe Lampe is closer to the $1200 mark, but not sure I'd call the showers nice.

Most of the marina in the Bay will run you $1800/season+ or require a substantial upfront cost (club initiation).  Most have websites.  IMO Bay Harbor is nice.
