You've been feeshin for steel a couple times a year now for something like 10 years right?  One of the best things you can do is to learn HOW to make that decision yourself. 
 
Do a search on here about reading the Walnut and Brandy Run USGS water gauge - tons of good info. 
 
Check the gauge throughout the day tomorrow and keep an eye on rainfall amounts through tomorrow evening.  This link gives you hourly amounts: http://w1.weather.gov/obhistory/KERI.html
 
Then make the call.  Water conditions that someone else prefers might not necessarily be what you prefer.  If you get to the Elk and the Nut and they're blown, check out the Angler Maps here: http://www.fisherie.com/Maps.aspx
 
And then go for a drive and a walk.  You can almost always find something fishable in Erie for steelhead, and it ain't always in a crick.

So you're saying you wouild prefer to have someone else "make the call" FOR you? 

That said. I'm not as optimistic as the Genie. Granted the streams and guages are coming off the highs from the storm. That doesn't mean that the won't level off, or that the current & predicted rainfall won't be enough to keep them at a lower, but still elevated level. I'd wait until friday night, or at least late afternoon to make any hardfast plans.
 
Then I would make the call, rather than ask what the call should be.  You've been provided the information necessary to do the same. It's up to you whether you use it or not.
