Another Man Missing at Arthur

This time a former classmate of mine. Haven't seen him since HS, but he was a cool DuUd. Please say a prayer for him, and his family.

    Seen him out a bunch at night all spring & summer. Couldn't miss him with his spotlight
    , loud motor & dog barking. Just saw him last week run & gun spotting M/C on the Rail Rd. side. I got a little worried when he went all the way up to the mouth (Waterfowl rest stop) & didn't see him come out for a while. He would usually only stay a short time in one spot before moving. Told the guys near me he should be more careful out there by himself this time of yr. & hope he has his life jacket on.
    Seems he swam after his boat
     
     Just remember starting the 1st. of Nov. everybody on boats 16' & under must wear a P.F.D at all times until the 1st. of May.

    Spoon...Brian was my neighbor on Unionville Rd. I hunted coons with his dad when I was young. Delivered news papers to them.
    They were good kids (6 yrs. younger than I). Sad to hear.

    Just seen on WTAE. Divers found his body. My condolences to his family and friends.
