    10 days in prison and 5 cane lashes for anyone using tandem rigs...  
     
    Looks like a good idea to curb the big time poachers.  Hopefully the WCO's won't attempt to throw around their new found power, especially the assault provision.  Not that I have personally run into to any WCO that didn't seem to be an outdoor enthusiast or just all around nice person.

    I'd love to see these new laws levelled against the Amish, though I expect they'll fully enjoy the same de facto immunity they've had for years.
