Docks In The Mon??

Can anyone give me an update as to docks at the Speers ramp or the launch at the lower end of New Eagle at that little park. Just need to know if they are there or have been removed.

    hmm good question. Might wanna ask the guys on the pa musky forum. They launch out of there all the time

    I'll try to give you an update if I get a chance to check speers.  I launched in Fayette City the other day and the leaves were getting really bad in that stretch as I'm sure they are everywhere else.

    I'll try to give you an update if I get a chance to check speers.  I launched in Fayette City the other day and the leaves were getting really bad in that stretch as I'm sure they are everywhere else.

    Mike where do you park your truck and trailer when you launch at Fayette City? I've been looking for a place big enough and secure enough to park from there. I've tried getting a hold of the Fayette City Police to find out but can't find them unless you dial 911. Don't think  that would go over very well.

    That's the thing that makes launching there tricky.  I usually drive around the block after I launch and park next to the train track.  I only use that launch because it's close  The launch in Belle Vernon is a bit easier access with the street but sometimes all the parking is taken.
     
    And sorry but I never had a chance to check if docks were still in at speers.

    dunno if it helps but i was at monessen last weekend and the docks there had already been removed
